Diablo Immortal: Spirit Essence Bug & Behelit Event Update
Spirit Essence Bug – What Happened?
Familiar Spirit Essences disappeared for many players right after the update, stopping pet upgrades cold. Blizzard’s community team has flagged it as a bug and a hotfix is pending. Until then, pet progression is on hold, but all other activities still pay normal rewards.
- No workaround: Upgrading pets must wait for the fix.
- Keep playing: Events like Wild Brawl still drop loot and gold, so you can prepare for the fix.
Berserk Crossover: Crimson Behelit Explained
Why This Gem Matters
The Crimson Behelit is a two-star Legendary Gem that boosts Fear damage and raw DPS. It’s far easier to acquire during the month-long event, which grants one free copy and ten Legendary Crests just for showing up.
Fast-Track Upgrade Plan
- Log in daily to collect event milestones and your free Behelit copy.
- Spam Elder Rifts during the boosted drop window to farm duplicates.
- You need 41 total copies for rank 10. Any missing copies can be crafted later with Telluric Pearls—expect two pearls per gem once the event ends.
Freebies & Cosmetics
The event also dishes out an Eclipse portal frame, a themed avatar, and a weapon skin for every class. Finish the track and you’ll pocket at least ten free Legendary Crests.
What’s Not in This Patch
- No new class—yet: The next hero is slated for late June to August.
- Paragon 800 gear chase: Inferno VI loot is live. Save Moonlight Flora maps until you’re ready to swap out green gear at this tier.
Pro Tips Before You Grind
• Hoard Flora maps until each new difficulty unlocks—running them early wastes potential item levels.
• Don’t spend Gem Power ranking Behelit during the event; duplicate hunting comes first.
• Thursday noon ET developer streams often drop bonus codes—keep a browser tab ready.
The Bottom Line
The Spirit Essence bug is a nuisance, but temporary. The Berserk event, however, is a golden chance to power-up fast. Farm hard now, and you’ll avoid pricey Pearl costs down the road.
