A Champion Chase tournament victory in Raid: Shadow Legends, a look at some perfect soul openings, and a discussion about what's next on the agenda.
The Cheshire Cat Conquest: Winning the Champion Chase Tournament
In the world of Raid: Shadow Legends, securing a legendary champion like the Cheshire Cat is no small feat. It takes planning, resources, and sometimes a bit of luck. We recently took on the Champion Chase tournament, and after strategically using 120 ancient shards and 35 void shards, along with a well-timed early morning push, we emerged victorious! The grand prize, the legendary Cheshire Cat, is now a part of our team.
This wasn't just about the Cheshire Cat, though. The tournament also yielded another legendary champion, Roxam. While Roxam might demand considerable resources to reach his full potential, adding two legendaries to our roster in a single event is a significant achievement.
Soul Stone Spotlight: A Glimpse of Greatness
Perfect soul stones offer a chance to gain powerful blessings for your champions. We opened a batch of these stones, 36 small and 4 large, hoping for some luck. By setting our wish list to focus on specific legendaries, including the newly acquired Cheshire Cat, we aimed to improve our chances.
While most of the opened soul stones were common or rare, a few stood out:
- Coilte: We received a 3-star legendary perfect soul for Coilte. Although we don't yet have this champion, acquiring a high-star soul is always good.
- Coldheart: A 2-star perfect soul for Coldheart was a welcome sight. Having a duplicate soul for this popular champion will be useful for future team builds.
Beyond the Chase: Tea Party Titan, Dungeons, and More
With the Champion Chase behind us, the focus shifts to the ongoing Tea Party Titan event. The ultimate goal here is to obtain the Hatter perfect soul, but there are many rewards along the way, including the Hatter's Reserve. A key part of this event is the Lunar Deck of Fate, which, admittedly, has presented a challenge. We're determined to make progress, though. Our first few attempts were unsuccessful but we are not giving up.
Dungeon diving is crucial for event progression and resource gathering. We're currently running Ice Golem stage 20 to complete the Dungeon Divers event. Once that's done, we'll likely move on to the Dragon tournament that starts soon.
The Road Ahead: Saving Up and Getting Ready
Looking to the future, we know a new fusion event is on the horizon, likely within the next two to four weeks. Fusion events require a lot of resources, particularly shards. While we still have a reserve of sacred and primal shards, we used a good number of ancient and void shards during the recent tournament. Therefore, a top priority is to rebuild our supply.
Clan Boss battles are a great way to earn valuable rewards, including shards. We managed two battles yesterday but aim for at least three today. Additionally, we're keeping up with arena battles and daily tasks to maximize our resource income. We've also used a significant amount of food to level up champions, thanks to the rewards from recent shard openings.
Conclusion
The Champion Chase tournament was a success, and the Cheshire Cat is a fantastic addition to our team. We're now focused on current events, resource management, and preparing for future challenges in Raid: Shadow Legends. There's always something new to explore in the world of Teleria, and we're excited to see what comes next. By using smart strategies and staying active, players can maximize their rewards and build powerful teams.
