Raid Shadow Legends: Ninja DESTROYS Iron Twins?!
Jumping Back Into Raid
Sometimes it’s nice when the game slows down. After weeks of serious grinding for events, we finally get a breather. And with that extra time, I’ve been focusing on tidying up my roster, revisiting some dungeon teams, and getting a second Coldheart ready for prime time.
Live Stream: A Community Gathering
Mark your calendar: there’s a live stream happening on both YouTube and Twitch, starting Tuesday at 10 a.m. Eastern Time. Everyone’s invited. We’ll talk about Arena teams, try to move forward in the Doom Tower, and maybe dive into some Hydra runs (yes, Hydra still hurts). If the turnout is good, we can make these gatherings a regular thing.
Fresh Rewards and a Little Luck
Weekend chest rewards came through in a big way. Two Legendary Skill Tomes and some sweet Shards were waiting for me—which always brightens the day. The next time around wasn’t as mind-blowing, but I’m still grateful for every Void Shard that appears. If you’re just starting out, don’t forget you can grab the game for free with a special QR code that nets you two free Epics. It also supports the channel you’re watching, so it’s a win-win.
Taking on the Arena: Arbiter Mission Grind
Progress toward Arbiter takes work—especially those 200 Arena fights. My solution? Cherry-pick the battles. Even if you see an Arbiter on the opposing team, don’t be intimidated. A strong speed lead paired with a good reviver can do wonders. It’s a matter of learning which combos you can handle and making the most of each refresh.
Iron Twins Testing
Between unkillable comps, burn champions, and taking the occasional wipe, the Iron Twins dungeon can be tough. Lately, I’ve been trying different setups:
- Geomancer: His burn is the key. The entire strategy often hinges on whether his burn lands.
- Ninja vs. Coldheart: Both deliver damage, but Ninja’s second burn can be huge. Coldheart’s max HP nuke is also helpful, though she’s prone to getting knocked out if her timing’s off.
- Rathalos: Great for a direct hit, but sometimes overshadowed by double-burn strategies that grind down the boss faster.
If your own runs are a mixed bag, consider more than one burn champion for extra safety. But watch out for timing issues—manually controlling them can work, but I prefer auto-runs to keep things moving quickly.
Masteries and Building Up the Roster
I finally finished masteries for my second Coldheart, setting her up much like the first one. Both are geared for big damage, so they shine in dungeons. I’m also toying with Ruel’s masteries, but that’s a project for another day.
Once these champions are locked and loaded, it’ll help with everything from Fire Knight and Spider to the higher Iron Twins levels. Having two fully mastered Coldhearts makes a big difference in areas where max HP hits truly matter.
Next Steps: Hydra, Doom Tower, and Community Input
The plan is to tackle Doom Tower levels that have me stuck and possibly build out a Hydra strategy during the upcoming stream. Hydra is still one of those game modes that can feel overwhelming, but sometimes a nudge from the community can make all the difference.
If you’re feeling daring, try mixing and matching burn-focused champs, crowd control, and a sturdy support crew for Hydra. If you manage to figure out a foolproof formula, share it during the live stream—there might be plenty of us who could use the help.
Final Thoughts
With new champion builds, a more stable Iron Twins approach, and a second Coldheart ready to roll, the account is in a good place. The biggest highlight for me is the live stream—having everyone jump in, talk strategy, and maybe see me get smacked around by Hydra is pure fun.
So be sure to tune in, pick up some tips, and bring any team ideas you’ve got. The community part of Raid: Shadow Legends is what keeps me excited about the grind—even when we’re fighting the same boss over and over.
See you in the stream, and good luck with your own shard pulls and dungeon runs!
